About the Project
20,000 SF multi purpose hangar building for ATP was designed and constructed to provide the ideal teaching facility for
new pilots. 10,000 SF of conditioned interior space provides room for fl ight simulators, classrooms, offi ce, and confrerence
space, The remaining 10,000 SF hangar area supports aircraft maintenance and storage. The building has an 80 foot wide
18’ clear height hydraulic “Higher Power” hangar door to accomodate larger aircraft when required.
