About the Project

Interior renovation of former grocery store shell totaling 37,500sf for a new 700 seat remote broadcast focused Church campus including a worship sanctuary, children’s classrooms, restrooms, staff offices and storage space. Scope consists of selective demolition, new roof, structural steel, miscellaneous metals, new drywall partitions, folding partitions, roll up dock doors, polished concrete floors, conventional flooring, paint, 11 new roof top unit HVAC package equipment with two spilt units, new fire suppressions system, all new plumbing including under slab sanitary piping, water piping and toilet fixtures, all new lighting, gear and electrical trim. Extensive coordination required with Audio/Visual/Theatrical Lighting vendor throughout construction for a seamless project turnover. New parking lot construction including the addition of an off-site sitework package with landscaping.
