About the Project

The project involves the new construction and redevelopment of an existing parking lot to accommodate a 3,900-square-foot breakfast/lunch restaurant, including a 930-square-foot covered patio dining area. The building features CMU walls supported by steel columns, beams, and bar joists, with an exterior finished in EIFS, porcelain tile, aluminum brake metal, and multiple louvers and awnings. Located on Archer Road in front of Target in Gainesville, this First Watch restaurant is situated within a busy shopping center, requiring extensive coordination to manage logistics and ensure pedestrian
safety throughout the construction process.
