About the Project

This design/build project involves the ground-up construction of a state-of-the-art, 100,800-square-foot manufacturing plant dedicated to producing high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes. The facility is constructed on a 32-acre greenfield site, taking the project from undeveloped land to completion within an ambitious 16-month timeline. The structure features a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) with Concrete Masonry Unit (CMU) walls, providing both durability and versatility to support large-scale pipe production. The facility will include specialized areas for production, storage, and administration, integrating the infrastructure necessary for a high-capacity manufacturing operation that will produce and distribute HDPE pipe products on-site.
