71st Place Spec Building

This design/build project included self-performed sitework and concrete. The 17,500 sf pre-engineered metal buiding was built speculatively by the developer with an open floorplan to appeal to as many potential users as possible. The building features a truck well with direct access to the business park, 3 oversized roll up doors, fully insulated interior warehouse space, a small office buildout, and ample storefront to allow daylight into the offices.
