About the Project
The project was the construction of 2 each retail shell buildings located on 2.44 acres off of Archer Road. The first building is a 2,800 sf single tenant retail building that was prepped for an interior build-out. Mattress One obtained that space and finished the interior. The second building is a 9,000 sf multi-tenant shell with 4 retail spaces.
A few neat features on this project is the LED lighting around the rooftop of each building that changes colors and the multi-tenant building was built around the large billboard sign.
All site work improvements including site drainage improvements, storm retention, parking, landscaping, and irrigation were self performed by our site work division.
