About the Project
This project was the construction of a new stand-alone branch. The building is 6,368 sf with 2 teller stations, 4 offices, a large conference room, security vestibule, a break room and restrooms. A separate pneumatic 1,500-sf drive-through canopy was designed across the parking lot. Scherer designed the building, and self-performed sitework and concrete.
