About the Project

This project was a Design/Build of an office/warehouse with a total building area of 9,600 square feet; the new office area is approximately 2,500 square feet, and the manufacturing space is 7,100 square feet. The work included demolition of the existing office space, the remodel of a pre-engineered steel framed building with metal stud and GWB interior partitions, carpet, vinyl and tile floor finishes, drywall and acoustic ceiling finishes and conventional and synthetic stucco exterior finish, along with complete plumbing, mechanical, and a 480 volt electrical system. Site work included the retention pond restoration, sealcoating and striping of the existing asphalt paving, and minor landscape upgrades.
