About the Project
Scherer has completed 6 new ground up Family Dollar retail stores throughout the Southeast. These projects are design build and include pre-engineered structures with masonry and storefronts on one end. The interiors are fully air conditioned and include painted drywall, open ceilings, exposed metal ductwork and polished concrete floors. The included site improvements consist of onsite retention basins, septic system, sidewalks, landscape and irrigation.
