About the Project
New construction on 3453 SF car wash and parking lot that includes 20 vacuum stations, 6 bug wash prep stations, and 2 pay stations with canopies. The building construction consisted of CMU walls & columns covered with thin brick veneer and a cultured stone water table, a tower feature constructed of CMU and metal stud framing with an EIFS finish, standing seam metal roofing over metal trusses, and bronze aluminum storefront. The sitework and concrete scopes were self-performed for this project.
