About the Project

The project scope included renovating a community building built in 1950 for the City of Keystone Heights, Florida on Lake Geneva. Renovations included replacing exterior wooden decking with new composite decking, adding custom aluminum handrails around the exterior decking, adding full height exterior windows, adding air conditioning, adding a walk in cooler/freezer combo, installing a new metal roof, adding ADA compliant exterior concrete, adding a full building liquid propane generator, and installing new fiber cement siding.
