About the Project
This project consisted of a new free standing restaurant called Las Margaritas Mexican Restaurant. For the past 13 years, this popular restaurant has been serving its customers in a 4,400 square foot space with limited outdoor seating and parking. Their new building accommodates up to 160 people including a bar area and a favorite among most, the outdoor seating area. The exterior consists of masonry block with stucco exterior and clay tile roof. The interior has extensive Mexican floor tiles throughout, a bar, a 20 foot by 20 foot copula, two indoor water fountains, mist fans for the outdoor seating area, and mosaic wall decor. Authentic materials were also used throughout the restaurant to enhance the traditional Mexican atmosphere.
