About the Project
This was a multi-phased project that consisted of renovating (3) 12,000 sqft villas that included a new 2-story entry feature,
new roof system, new interior lounge, new finishes throughout, underground fire main and associated sitework. The campus
is an active site with prior bookings which required close coordination of construction activities to accommodate overnight
guests during the construction process.
