About the Project

Complete renovation of active credit union including interior demolition, new partitions, ceilings, flooring and paint mechanical equipment, lighting, plumbing associated with relocated restrooms including new sanitary piping. Project was phased to allow banking operation and customer service to continue. Careful daily coordination, temporary teller lines, night work and negative air management for dust control contributed to the project success and customer satisfaction. This branch does not have a drive through teller service which resulted in greater customer activity inside the branch throughout the project making it a challenge that required diligent coordination with branch staff.
