About the Project
This project is the new amenity center for the Oakmont residential neighborhood. Construction included an 8,600 square foot fitness/clubhouse building, a 190,000 gallon pool with competition lap and zero entry kids section, two tennis courts, a basketball court, a playground, soccer fields, shade structures, grass amphitheater and pavilion style band shell. Our site work and concrete divisions self-performed the site’s improvements and concrete scopes.
