About the Project
This project included the demolition of approximately 48,000 SF of existing coal tar pitch built up roof (and specified curbs, VTR, pitch pans and existing lighting protection) to existing light weight insulating concrete deck. Installation of base sheet and two ply modified membrane system and the installation of lightning protection system.
