About the Project

his project included demolition of existing space, partial demolition of ductwork, installation of new duct work, installation of a new AHU on the second floor. We had to work in this space while the building was occupied, so noise and dust concerns where paramount. We had to install 32 new floor boxes for the new data system, which required penetrating the floor over existing classrooms. This work had to be completed mostly over the weekends so as to not interfere with the classes below. Due to time limitations on the job, we worked 7 days a week until the job was completed.
