About the Project

SmarterSpace Storage in Ocala, operating as a ExtraSpace Storage, is a three-story, nearly 94,000-square-foot climate- and humidity-controlled facility offering both drive-up and indoor storage with a friendly, convenient design. Features include a drive-thru with parking under the building and a full range of modern systems. The project included stone column ground improvements, an 8-foot masonry stem wall, concrete, masonry, structural steel, metal roofing with cupolas, sprayed insulation, EIFS, storefronts, glazing, roll-up doors, pre-engineered hallway systems, interior framing, drywall, flooring, painting, and acoustical ceilings. It’s equipped with elevators, fire protection, HVAC, dehumidifiers, plumbing, electrical, and fire alarms.
