About the Project
This project involved of the construction of an 8,000 square foot addition to an existing, operating Publix shopping center. The addition includes 5 vanilla box tenant spaces and 1 raw shell space for a complete buildout. The building was designed and constructed to match the existing building including the exterior finishes. Site improvements were also performed which included sidewalks, paving, parking, irrigation and landscape.
