Sunbelt Rentals new Gainesville Branch. The structure is a metal building with brick veneer. The building is broken up into a front office area, maintenance shop in the middle section of the building, and a drive through wash bay/ pressure washing area for cleaning equipment. The property is 5 acres with plenty of outside parking area for heavy rental equipment and delivery trucks. The facility has its own gasoline and diesel tanks to fuel rental equipment and trucks.
