Tech City

This project is the first phase in the San Felasco Tech City development and consisted of two, mirror image shell buildings. These buildings were erected simultaneously due to the extremely expedited schedule. In addition to the construction of the shell buildings, Scherer completed the interior build out of unique office space for the owner, interior build out for manufacturing company Fracture, and interior build out of incubator space for local start up companies. Tech City boasts solar trees and a large solar array over the promenade, which in addition to traditional capture, also captures reflectively from the bottom of the panels. Concrete work for the facility was self-performed by Scherer’s in-house concrete division.
