About the Project
This project was a design/build of a 100,769 square foot building sitting on 10 acres. The building was constructed to serve as the state headquarters facility for The Salvation Army.
The building is a three story tilt wall office building with only two stories finished out. The Salvation Army enlisted a different decorator for the project; all finishes were upgraded and the third floor build out was added to our contract.
