About the Project

The Scherer Construction team joined Trinity College of Florida on-site Monday, August 21, 2017, in the raising of the first tilt-wall panels for their new three-story student dormitory. Starting early Monday morning, the 40 tilt-wall panels took only three days to be raised to their upright position. The new dormitory will feature solid surface finishes, a student lounge area for each floor, laundry facilities and an outdoor patio area. With construction starting March 2017, the 25,780 sq. ft. design build project is expected to be completed around Spring 2018.
