About the Project
This project was the new liquor store expansion added to an existing Wal-Mart store. The scope included site demolition followed by the construction of a new foundation, masonry walls, structural steel and joists, manufactured curbs, steel deck, canopy deck, roof system, flashing, gutters and downspouts, doors, interior finishes, plumbing, mechanical, fire protection and electrical work. The site improvements were self-performed and included new ADA ramps, stoops, bollards, signage, paving/paving repair, utilities, landscaping and irrigation system.
