About the Project

Gate Store #1445 consisted of the demolition of an existing gas station and the new construction of the updated model in
the same footprint, in an area of high foot and vehicular traffic, adjacent to a residential area. Because this project had very
little laydown area, extensive coordination was of paramount importance. Scherer Construction additionally self-performed
the site and concrete work on the project.
